Dr. P. Ravi Kumar holds a diverse academic background, starting with a B.Com from Kakatiya University, followed by an MBA from JNTUH and an M.Com, PGDTIL from Osmania University. He achieved a Ph.D. in Business Management from Osmania University. Currently serving as the Principal of BIIT College, Dr. Kumar has held key roles in various educational institutions, including Associate Professor and In-Charge Principal at Reah School of Business Management.
With over 14 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Kumar has presented 14 research papers at national and international conferences and published 13 papers in reputable journals. He holds a Doctoral Fellowship Ph.D. in Business Management from the Institute of Public Enterprises.
Dr. Kumar's academic impact is evident through three authored books on Financial Markets, Sales Management, and Human Resources Management. He has contributed book chapters on Business Planning & Strategy and Business Feasibility & Analysis for the Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development at Osmania University. Additionally, he has served as a resource person in various national and international seminars and conferences.
His expertise extends to Financial Systems in India and globally, with notable contributions at Loyola Academy Hyderabad. Dr. Kumar has shared insights on topics such as Delivering Procedure, Billing Procedure, and Communication Skills at TS Model School & MS Govt. Jr. College in Mahabubabad and Narsimhulapet.

Dr. P. Shilpa Roy, a highly qualified academic professional with a diverse educational background, holds a Ph.D. in Employee Engagement from Osmania University, an MBA in Human Resource Management from AVPG College, and a BE in Mechanical Production from CBIT, Osmania University. With roles including Associate Professor at Basaveshwara Institute of Information Technology and Assistant Professor & TPO at Matrusri Institute of Post Graduate Studies, she brings a wealth of experience. Dr. Roy received a National Doctoral Teacher Fellowship from ICSSR for her research at the Institute of Public Enterprise and Dr. Roy has significant experience in teaching, with over 15 years of experience.
Active in seminars and workshops, she continuously enhances her teaching methodologies and research skills. Dr. Roy has presented and published papers at national and international conferences, contributing significantly to her field. Her strengths include goal-setting, time management, organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, and effective communication. Her areas of interest range from public speaking to team building.

Dr. P. Sagar, a highly qualified professional, holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, specializing in service quality and customer satisfaction in commercial banks. His academic journey includes an MBA in Marketing Management and M. Com from Kakatiya University and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, respectively. He has three years of experience as a Branch Manager in the Airlines industry.
Dedicating 15 years to education, Dr. P. Sagar has served as an Assistant Professor, including global teaching experience in Ethiopia. He actively engages in guiding projects, training students, conducting exams, and providing career guidance. His research expertise is showcased in papers presented at national and international conferences on topics like corporate governance and rural marketing.
He has published two books titled "Customer Satisfaction in Commercial Banks: A Comparative Study" and another book titled "Service Quality and Commercial Banks: A Comparative Study.

She is an active participant in developing and maintaining students’ records that meet departmental requirements. She has published article on role of MSME's in India 2023 a road to sustainable development.
Her key area of interest in academics includes Accounting for Management, Financial Management, Financial Risk Management, Invest Management, and International Finance.
